Services

Planning Permission Jersey provides architectural design, planning application management, bye-law drawings, structural engineering, and related services in Jersey, Channel Islands only. We do not operate in Guernsey, England, or elsewhere.

Free consultation

The initial consultation is provided at no charge and without obligation. A fee proposal will be provided following the consultation.

No guarantee of planning permission

Planning Permission Jersey manages the planning application process and advises on the likelihood of approval, but cannot guarantee that planning permission will be granted. The Jersey Planning Department determines all planning decisions independently.

Professional indemnity

We carry professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the services we provide. Details available on request.

Jersey law

These terms are governed by the law of Jersey, Channel Islands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Court of Jersey.
